Leggings can be worn with just about everything. Boots and heels look good especially if you match them with a cute shirt or dress.
In the winter sweater dresses and UGGS look wonderful together. It's a comfortable look. UGGS and a oversized shirt with leggings make a cute outfit as well.
I love leggings and in the fall and winter I wear them with dresses I have and a pair of boots. It looks nice and is comfortable.

70's
Bellbottoms and platform shoes were a trend for men and women in the 70's. Bellbottoms are pants that are wider from the knees down. They were wore in the 70's a lot higher than pants are worn these days. Today you would find most jeans to start at your hips, in the 70's they started at your waist. Platform shoes were very popular. They had 4-6 inch heels made from cork, wood or plastic.
80's!!
Remember mini skirts, oversized sweaters, leg-warmers and neon colors? Then you grew up in the 80's, a time where everyone experimented with their outfits. All of these trends have shown up in the past couple of years but not as all one outfit.
The 80's was a decade when teenagers were trying to find themselves and used their fashion sense to show it. They would wear skin tight jeans one day and then the next sport some parachute pants. Men wore make up and grew out their while women had short crazy hair or big teased hair.
The 80's are seriously everywhere these days, keep it alive and try a new look out.

Sheer
I was at the mall the other day and noticed sheer clothing is becoming a big hit. There are sheer tank tops, shirts, cardigans, skirts and even pants. I don't find the clothes very appealing. They reveal a lot and the clothes would not flatter most.
The pants and skirts are just too much. They are revealing and suggest things most girls would not want people to think of them. The pants and and skirts I have seen in stores are not even remotely cute either. There are animal print pants and they look a lot like parachute pants from the 1980's. The skirts touch the floor or if not they are much longer than our generation is used to.They are also see through, they have slips underneath but very short ones. This is unattractive to me.
The shirts try too hard to be different. They have sparkles, beading and flowers that make them look over done. These shirts are also being made in the fall color scheme of 2011. That would be burnt colors. The burnt colors go very well with fall but I personally do not find it attractive at all. I do not think this trend will last very long.

Lace Clothing
Lace has always been around and in style. In the past year lace clothing has been very popular. Lace clothing varies from being just a tiny bit of detail here and there or full out all lace. It is a very classy, sexy or casual look. There are so many different types of clothing that are lace. There are all kinds of different shirts, skirts and dresses. Lace matches everything, you can wear jeans or skirts or a plain shirt with it and it'll still look nice.
Shirts that have little details of lace are usually along the neckline and and on the back. This style is very common and in style this past year. These shirts are really cute and can be worn with just about anything. More often these shirts are styled like baby doll shirts, flowing. This type of shirt goes very well with a pair of straight or skinny jeans. Shirts with lace also look really nice with beading along the neckline. It makes it a more of a going out look though.
